D2 of my Iceland trip

Woke up to a very sunny day and was day my sis and I will meet my sister’s friends. After that we collected the car and we started heading south east. We have decided to travel anti clockwise, around the island. Our first AirbnB was an old converted barn/farmhouse, Kviholmi Apartments, located at Hvolsvollur.
Later in the afternoon, we took a 30 mins hike to see on of the largest waterfall in Iceland. Unbeknownst to me, this was one of the many waterfalls that I will be seeing on this trip. Lol, but for that first encounter was really amazing! The waterfall felt so powerful!
